Quinn is a campaign manager and journalist from Half Moon Bay, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Well-versed in popular culture and electoral politics, his main interest is the art of winning —everything from campaign strategy to media tactics. In contrast to ideological stiffs, Quinn enjoys providing a light-hearted take on the quixotic world of politics. Quinn first got involved in politics when Cristina Osmeña, the Republican candidate for Congress in California’s 14th Congressional District, hired him as her campaign manager in June of 2018. Despite running during a midterm election in a blue wave year, Osmeña went on to win more votes than any previous GOP candidate in the 14th District. The Bay Area native has also managed two city council campaigns, and is currently developing the San Mateo County GOP’s policy platform. Quinn has covered basketball and written op/eds for the Half Moon Bay Review, and he currently attends Santa Clara University, where he is the YAF chairman and a sports broadcaster.
