Kaitlin is a first-year student at Chapman University majoring in Business Administration and Management and a minor in Journalism. Originally from Seal Beach, CA, She was raised in a conservative Christian home, and her religious beliefs and upbringing have shaped her political views and passion for political commentary. Inspired by bold political figures such as Ben Shapiro and Candace Owens and after witnessing how politically uneducated many students are, Kaitlin decided to not just have stances on political and social issues, but to reach out and influence the minds of her peers. As a high school National Speech and Debate Champion, she seeks to first understand both sides to an argument and to truly listen to the opposition. She is a firm believer that the solution to political divide and polarity today is to find the common ground between arguments. The topics about which she is most passionate are the abortion debate, LGBTQ+, and privilege.
